entweder speedcore schnell nicken (also wirklich im takt der drums), bei metal.
bei roock mehr mit dem ganzen kopf runter.
und natürlich pogo. gegen wand und/oder kumpel hüpfen *gg*

aber am liebsten tanz ich eh auf tekkno (oder im tekkno style auf 70er rock), da moscht man net...

je nachdem wie grad die musik is... bei langsamen parts z.b. eher normales bangen, bei schnellen parts oder wo sichs halt anbietet dann rundbangen...
