"Aktuelle News" für alle Sichtbar

Ich wollte mal vorschlagen, dass man das Unterforum "Aktuelle News" nichtmehr für Gäste zugänglich macht. Ich denke die Diskussionen darin muss nicht die ganze Welt sehen ...

Allein schon wegen der vielen Links zu Texten von ausserhalb und den kopierten Zeitungsberichten aus dem Netz wäre das sinnvoll - Internetrecht?!
Ich will nix böses - ich meine nur, dass es sinnvoll wäre, das nicht jedem zugänglich zu machen.

Texte sind teilweise auch mit Quellenangabe kritisch! Ich werd den dazugehörigen Text/Paragraphen morgen mal raussuchen...

da Zitate in diesem Kontext dem Diskurs und der Untermauerung von Argumentationsketten dienen, sehe ich das durchaus durch das Zitatrecht gedeckt.

Beim Zitatrecht geht es aber um wissenschaftlich fundierte Texte. Und ich denke das ist bei unseren kopierten Texten eher nicht der Fall. Unsere "Zitate", die oft garnicht als solche Zitate gekennzeichnet sind bewegen sich eindeutig in der Graunzone zur blossen Kopie eines Textes.
